Shane joined the business as a trainee solicitor in 1995, qualifying in 1997 and eventually becoming Partner, Director and now CEO. He specialises in all forms of personal injury including all aspects of industrial disease.

Catherine joined HH legal in November 2020 having previously worked for some of the UK’s leading claimant and defendant firms for the past 14 years. Catherine has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of civil litigation with a particular expertise in personal injury and complex litigation.

John is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in commercial insurance for over 30 years. He was Group Financial Director and de facto CEO of a large provincial insurance broker and financial services group for much of that time. As well as being Finance Director of Cordus Law, John has a number of Non- Executive Directorships in the insurance sector.

Colin joined Cordus Law in March 2021. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and after 36 years with accountancy firm PKF Cooper Parry, he now acts as a Non-Executive Director for a number of professional service businesses. 24 years as a PKF Cooper Parry Partner included 9 years as Chairman and 6 as a Board Member - working with a wide variety of privately owned businesses.

Colin qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and joined Cordus Law in 2006 as a Senior Solicitor. Throughout his 29 year professional practice Colin has specialised in personal injury and industrial disease compensation claims acting solely on behalf of claimants. Colin has extensive experience of all types of personal injury/industrial disease claims particularly noise induced hearing loss compensation claims.

Ansar qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 while working for one of the country’s largest industrial disease practices in Cheshire. He provides straightforward and easy to understand legal advice without confusing clients with jargon. Ansar gained his legal qualifications from Nottingham Law School and has been acting for claimants since 2014 in both pre-litigation and post-litigation industrial disease claims.

Waseem worked in the commercial and civil litigation market for over 25 years. He was Partner and main contact for industrial disease work at a top 50 law firm and has worked on all areas of personal injury including EL and PL work in the public and private sector.

Samina joined Cordus Law in March 2022. She has been working in law since 2010 having graduated with a law degree from Leeds Metropolitan University. Samina has practiced in various areas of law including personal injury, civil litigation, immigration, and debt recovery including landlord and tenant agreements and disputes.

Atifa has worked in the legal industry for the past 17 years and specialises in the field of personal injury law. Atifa has defended claims on behalf of numerous councils, the retail industry and the police. She has a wealth of personal injury experience and is now striving to help achieve financial compensation for claimants who have been exposed to excessive noise in the workplace.

Ashley joined Cordus Law in January 2021 and was promoted to a Team Leader in June 2021. He runs a team of industrial disease paralegals and carries out his own caseload of work from inception to completion. Ashley was Team Leader of one of the largest Group Litigation Actions in UK legal history. He graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with an LLB (Hons) Law Degree as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Jordanna joined Cordus Law in 2018 as a Paralegal working primarily with a pre-litigation case load. During this time, Jordanna undertook her Master's degree in Legal Practice at Leeds Beckett University. Upon completion, Jordanna began her training contract in March 2021, gaining experience handling RTA claims and now handles a litigated caseload in the claimant noise induced hearing loss sector.

Louise joined the firm in 2020 as a Paralegal assisting the Managing Partner in complex industrial disease claims. Louise graduated Huddersfield University with a Master's in Legal Practice in 2020. Prior to this, Louise had experience in medical negligence and PPI claims. Since November 2020, Louise has been working as a fee earner and managing her own industrial deafness case load.

Bethany came to the firm in March 2020 where she started as a personal injury secretary, having previously been a secretary in a medical setting. Bethany has since gained experience in industrial disease claims and has been working as a fee earner since January 2021 running her own industrial deafness caseload.

Foysol is a paralegal fee earner who joined the firm in May 2021 and manages his own caseload of work handling pre-litigation industrial disease matters. His previous work in the legal services industry includes immigration and family law matters. Foysol graduated from City, University of London with an LLB (Hons) Law Degree in 2019 as well as obtaining a Distinction in the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice and Masters in Law in 2020.
