Solicitor/Legal Executive/Litigation Executive – Industrial Disease

We are expanding and are therefore looking for talented, confident, hardworking and highly motivated individuals to join our firm. Your role will be to provide outstanding legal advice and service to our clients. Experience of working on Industrial Disease claims and handling a caseload of both pre and post litigated claims is essential and you must be able to show commercial awareness and have a drive to succeed. You must also be IT literate, including knowledge of using case management software, ideally Proclaim. We offer a competitive salary and the option of hybrid/fully office based or home working. Secretary/Administration Assistant

Due to expansion we are looking for someone to join our firm who is enthusiastic, keen to learn and develop new skills and is a team player with a flexible and professional attitude. You will provide secretarial and administrative support and assistance to enable the business to operate at optimum efficiency. You need to have good IT and communication skills and be able to multitask. Experience in a similar role would be helpful but is not necessary as full training will be provided. This is a full time, office based role.
